MILLER WELLS PREVAILS IN PUBLISHED DECISION CONCERNING KENTUCKY LAW ON REFORMATION OF RECORDED DOCUMENTS
September 24, 2010: In a published case concerning the reformation of recorded instruments, Miller Wells partner Mason Miller successfully convinced the Court of Appeals of Kentucky that a subordination agreement must be strictly enforced according to the plain meaning of its express terms and without resort to extrinsic evidence.
