Seth J. Johnston >>

Mr. Johnston is a graduate of Washington & Jefferson College and the Washington & Lee University School of Law.  Seth joined Miller Wells PLLC after a number of years with another regional commercial litigation boutique.

Since joining Miller Wells PLLC, Mr. Johnston has assisted with the successful closing of a 327 million dollar purchase of coal and mineral reserves in the Illinois Basin.  Mr. Johnston also previously represented a prominent equine owner in litigation against numerous bloodstock agents, domestically and abroad, the result of which changed the fundamental laws regulating the equine industry in Kentucky, and he continues to represent some of the largest names in the equine business in a host of transactional and litigation matters.
